A core aim of UCLPartners is to help our partners develop the capability and skills required in order for them to deliver high value healthcare. We have a number of key areas of focus, two of which are solely on building quality improvement (QI) capability and capacity for both UCLPartners own core staff / programmes and also our partners.

Introduction to Quality Improvement

This one-day session provides attendees with the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to participate in QI initiatives using a systematic approach.

Based on the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Model for Improvement, this course is an exciting opportunity to learn the key methodology of quality improvement and how to get started with running improvement projects.

The course is designed for anyone working in health and care organisations such as clinicians, allied health professionals, nurses, managers or administrators, within the UCLPartners region.

If your organisation is not part of UCLPartners’ region, please get in touch

Please note that although this event is free, a holding fee of £50 is taken and will be charged for non-attendance or for cancellations made less than seven days before the event without a valid reason.
