This will be an amazing panel event featuring two brilliant guest speakers who will each discuss different aspects of mental health of asylum seekers amid the crisis.

Speakers from Refugee Trauma Initiative and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) will be at this informative and interesting evening.

This event will consist of first hand accounts from doctors and other volunteers working in rescue ships and refugee camps, as well as insight into the role of grassroots organizations working with asylum seekers facing long term mental illness while awaiting relocation, and those who are rebuilding their lives in a new country.

▪️Zain Atalas – Head of Advocacy for Refugee Trauma initiative

▪️Dr Conor Kenny – MSF emergency response medic, who worked in camps and on rescue ships

Hope to see you there!
