Richmond Borough Mind - Chatty Minds Support Group
Feeling stressed, anxious or depressed? Having trouble sleeping? Come along and join our informal discussion group.
Chatty Minds provides an opportunity for members to share experiences and coping strategies within a safe, friendly, non- judgmental environment. Whether you are out of work and finding life difficult, or in work and finding the pressure stressful, Chatty Minds is your go to group.
The Group meets every Friday Afternoon to support members in and around the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames. Chatty Minds is part of our Peer Group Network and is facilitated by volunteers who have their own history of mental health issues. The volunteers are trained to help support members in their recovery, so if you are looking for specific advice on a problem or just interested in having a hot drink and offloading your everyday issues our, volunteers are here to support you.
So come down, have a hot drink, and see if the group is right for you!
