The fast pace of changing practice within health and social care requires access to new learning content quickly. MyCA develops bespoke eLearning content on key themes available on ESR to support staff in their day to day practice.

These bite size eLearning units have been co-produced with staff and service users and reflect best practice as well as signposting to further learning resources. Each unit is followed by a quiz to test knowledge. These units are available to Middlesex University students on their Moodle learning platform and to NHS staff on ESR.

To meet the learning needs of different staff groups each unit of learning includes signposting to further reading and resources and support the learning needs of a wide range of staff.

Find out more below about our bite size learning offer.

Bite size learning units

To ensure your learning activity is recorded correctly for your organisation, please log into your NHS ESR account to complete these learning units. Otherwise continuing to the learning content from here will not record any learning activity on your account.

Blogging

Blogging as bite-sized learning can support the learning and development needs of staff. Blogs written by Trust staff outlining their career journeys can inspire others as well as elevate best practice in the wider organisation and beyond. We also post blogs to cover key learning themes within the organisation as well as national health themes/campaigns.
